Salaried GP

Background –

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a forward-thinking practice continuing to make positive changes to improve its patient care. The practice is a teaching and research practice and benefits from being part of the excellent Lea Valley PCN and federation.

Salary –£10,000 – £10,500 per session + Indemnity paid + BMA model + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Location – Cheshunt

The surgery –

• Forward thinking Teaching Practice
• Purpose-built surgery
• Very active PPG
• High active in the CCG and PCN
• Support of Nurse Practitioners and Pharmacist, as well as support from Pharmacists and Physiotherapist
• Daily coffee break and clinical meetings between GPs
• High QOF achieving
• A number of new initiatives and ways of working
• SystmOne Clinical System

Your role –

• Salaried GP post
• 4 – 6 sessions available
• Triaging in the morning surgery, appointments in the afternoon, including f2f
• Very low visiting (acute in-house visiting team)
