Salaried GP

Background –

This is an opportunity to work for a dynamic practice currently making huge improvements in the organisation and how their practice operates – from reviewing every system, new staff training, quality improvement and employing Clinical Readers and Medical Assistants.

The practice trains GP Registrars and is very involved in the local federation and LMC.

Salary – £9,500 – £10,000 per session + full indemnity + BMA model contract + 6 weeks leave + 1 week study leave

Location – Tottenham

The surgery –

• GP Training practice
• Actively involved locally with LMC, CCG and Federation
• Purpose-built practice
• Excellent transport connections
• Also,nurse training and medical student teaching
• Document support – the practice employs a doctor to workflow admin
• Very experienced Practice Manager
• High-QOF achieving

Your role –

• 4 – 8 sessions
• Mixture of 10 and 15 minuteappointments
• Low visiting
• Option of flexible working
