Remote Salaried GP

Background –

You will be joining a well-thought of practice situation in state-of-the-art premises within a popular residential area in Bognor Regis. A Training Practice for GP Registrars, FY2s, Paramedics and Student Nurses, the practice is a real centre for education and has recognised the increasing pressures on GPs and moved to alleviate these with new working patterns including a very reasonable workload with regular breaks for catch-ups and coffee and an excellent secretarial team who the GPs rely on heavily.

To support their existing on-site GPs, the practice is now looking to recruit 1-2 Remote Salaried GPs working 2 or more sessions, with genuinely flexibility around the design of the role and the practice keen to get your input to that end.

Salary – £9,500 – £10,000 per session plus indemnity and NHS pension

Location – home-based, practice is in West Sussex

The surgery –

• Medium sized practice
• Well Doctored practice with loyal team of Salaried GPs and very established Partners
• Training Practice for GP Registrars and FY2s as well as Paramedics and Student Nurses
• Excellent admin team
• Very involved within Locality and CCG
• Excellent MDT support including Mental Health specialists

Your role –

• 2 or more sessions
• Variety of session types including consultations, e-consults, bloods/admin or combinations of all
• Flexibility around dates and start/finish times
• High degree of encouragement to design your own role
