Remote Salaried GP

Background –

You will be joining a popular practice with excellent patient reviews and a stable, passionate Partnership and management team. The surgery offers an egalitarian working environment and treats its staff very well – proven by their outstanding staff retention across all levels. Patients also enjoy the service offered with consistently 5-star reviews. The practice is multi-award winning and offers a very reasonable daily workload of 15 appointments per session with on-call also limited to half days.

Having placed numerous GPs with this practice over the years, we have received outstanding feedback from both practice and GP.

To support its existing team of GPs, the practice is now looking to recruit a GP or GPs who will work primary from home, required in the surgery only for their one session of Duty.

Salary – £9,400 – £9,750 per session per annum + indemnity cover + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + NHS pension

Your role –

• Salaried GP, predominantly home-based
• 4 or more sessions
• Very reasonable workload of 15 telephone calls per session
• Protected slots via buddy system to book patients in for F2F but care navigation will keep that to a minimum
• One session per week of Duty in the surgery
