Registered Manager, Yeovil

My client is a well-established and highly rated domiciliary service, continually growing and looking for a forward thinking and quality driven Registered Manager. They are looking for someone with a drive and determination to provide an outstanding quality of care to service users and someone who is hungry to develop both their own career and the continued success of the service, increasing the number of care hours provided. They are striving to achieve an outstanding rating with the CQC and are looking for someone who shares that ambition.

You will:

• be commercially driven to help grow and develop the business further.
• have the desire and motivation to try and achieve and maintain an ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating moving forwards.
• look to build further on the strong base of private clients.
• be a strong leader who is able to positively impact the future success of the service.

You must have:

• a strong history of good CQC inspections
• qualifications up to QCF Level 5 or working towards it
• very strong management experience within a domiciliary setting

Location: Yeovil

On offer:

• Up to £35k.
