Registered Manager, Tankersley

This purpose built home has recently been acquired by new owners and is looking for a Registered Manager who is capable of turning around some CQC challenges and use their relationships with external stakeholders to fill empty beds.

The home has huge potential which is why the new owners have invested very heavily in a complete redecoration and refurbishment. The new owners have great plans for the future and if you are successful in turning this home around there could be a very exciting career path ahead of you.

The Role

Duties to include:

• Continue to work on the action plan that will satisfy the CQC and lift the embargo.
• Mentor the existing staff team and recruit from the local community to help reduce agency costs.
• Work with the local CCG and commissioners to fill the empty beds.

The Person

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Successful turnaround management of small to medium sized residential homes
• Consistent record of filling beds
• The ability to manage change effectively.

The Rewards

• Salary £35-£40,000
