Product Manager, UK Remote

The Opportunity

We are looking for a mission-driven, highly motivated Product Manager to join our client who’s goal is to improve the health of patients and support the management of long-term conditions.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Product you will work across the product stack from managing sprints to strategy. You will also…

• Collaborate on all Scrum Ceremonies including sprint planning, refining, stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Understand the customer’s needs by regularly conducting customer discovery.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and input internally on strategy.
• Manage and monitor product success.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering and commercial teams to align with one product vision.
• Managing a road map, setting sprint goals and writing tickets.
• Be the voice of the customer and represent their needs at all stages of product development.

The Candidate

You will have at least 5 years’ experience within Product Management ideally with some experience in B2B and Healthcare environments. You will also have…

• Good knowledge of tools including JIRA, Confluence and Slack
• Experience overseeing full product lifecycle.
• Previously worked in agile environments across functional teams.
• Strong understanding of product development best practices.
• Experience working within the Healthcare sector or with Healthcare customers.
• Excellent communications skills and be able to effectively technical processes to both technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven success in building engaging products that customers find straightforward to use.
