The opportunity

This is an opportunity to start on the ground floor of one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies and to help make a huge difference within healthcare. They are looking for a Product Manager with a curious mind and the desire to solve problems

The Role

If you are looking to play a vital part in helping build something special from the ground up, this position might be for you!

In this position you will have the responsibility of owning their patient facing messaging service and help improve the quality of responses that they give.
You will work closely with multiple parts of the company and collaborate with Design, Engineering & clinical.
You will also help support other areas such as Customer success & Growth. Problem solving should be a part of your expertise and you should be driven by this!
Managing our automated messaging system
Improving the quality and overall experience for our patients using our service
Working closely with the Clinical Programs Team & Internal Tools team on helping set up and manage the patient-facing side.

The Candidate

You should have 4+ years’ experience in a Product Management role with full responsibility for product roadmaps
Experience with communication/messaging tools is a distinct advantage as is previous experience within healthcare
You should have an innovative approach to problem solving
Strong communication skills

The Package

Salary – $140,000 to $180,000
