Product Designer UI/UX – Remote Working position
We are working with a growing HealthTech who are a social purpose company, set up by doctors, carers and patients. Their personalised digital therapies help light the path to long term remission for people with a variety of immunological and inflammatory conditions, including Crohn’s, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Atopic Dermatitis.
They work alongside world-renowned researchers, clinicians and patient groups to create industry leading therapeutic programmes focused on mental health, symptom management and quality of life. Their platform helps clinicians to monitor patients remotely, leading to improved outcomes and system benefits for the NHS.
The company is recognised in the Digital Health Global 100 and have won awards from the HSJ, Innovate UK, Design Week, the NHS and others.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for leading product design as part of a high performing product team that includes clinicians, data and behavioural scientists, engineers and quality assurance professionals.
You will be an active participant in new idea generation and lead the process from UX to production ready UI, including validation through patient engagement, research and analytics reviews.
You will own the company’s brand guidelines and design system and will liaise with marketing and communications to ensure its proper application across a variety of media.
You will be able to apply and enhance the guidelines and design system across various platforms including digital, social and (occasionally) print/outdoor.
You will develop a deep understanding of users’ lived experience with a long term condition; and of the objectives of clinicians and partners in the pharmaceutical sector. In addition to manifesting that knowledge in your product design brief, you will use that understanding to contribute to the company’s strategic and commercial decisions.
What we are looking for:
You will have a minimum of 3 years of Product Design and UI/UX experience to be considered.
We are looking for a motivated individual who can hit the ground running. Ideally, you will have experience gained working in the HealthTech sector and be passionate about bettering people’s lives through your work.

As the business continues to expand, managerial opportunities are possible in the non so distant future, however this position is not requiring any previous leadership experience.
