Product Designer UI/UX, Remote

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly creative UI/ UX Designer to lead the company’s design function

The Role

• Leading product design as part of a high performing product team that includes clinicians, data and behavioural scientists, engineers, and quality assurance professionals.
• You will be an active participant in new idea generation and leadthe process from UX to production ready UI, including validation through patient engagement, research and analytics reviews.
• You will own the company’s brand guidelines and design system and will liaise with marketing and communications to ensure its proper application across a variety of media.

The Candidate

• A minimum of 3 years of Product Design and UI/UX experience to be considered.
• You will hold yourself accountable to the highest Standards
• You will have (or develop quickly) a sophisticated understanding of our user groups
  (clinicians, patients, pharma companies)
• You will think and communicate complex ideas clearly and be happy to challenge and
  be challenged in pursuit of the best outcomes.

The Package

Base salary range – £45,000 – £55,000

Employee share option scheme

Work from home (central London office and occasional F2F meetings whenever permitted)

Company pension scheme

24 days annual leave
