Your role:

• 2-5 days available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• Max 15 Patients per day
• 1-hour long Health Assessments and 15 minute GP Appointments
• Providing Care as part of a connected health approach to other services
• Provide full Primary care services, including Family Planning, Chronic Disease Management, Sexual Health Advice, Vaccinations, Travel Advice, and enhanced services
• No Duty Doctor or Extended Hours
• No home visiting
• Generous admin time
