Practice Nurse

Background –

Menlo Park are working with a forward thinking GP practice, very supportive regarding the progression and development of all staff members, currently looking to add another Practice Nurse to the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Primary Care experience and a diploma in diabetes. Diabetes experience is essential but you would be joining a well established MDT with a superb staff retention. There is flexibility around start and finish times and they are looking for a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Salary – £31,000 – £42,000 per annum DOE + NHS pension + Agenda for Change annual leave + Bank Holiday + Study Leave

Location – South Leeds

Your role –

• Need experience as a Practice Nurse within a primary care setting
• Also need a diabetes qualification
• Open to full or part time
• Have experience with Chronic Disease Management
• Benefit from a very supportive team around you
• Comfortable seeing all age ranges
