Background –

Menlo Park are working with a superb surgery with a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse to take the next exciting step in their career! This is a very well respected practice who are looking for a Practice Nurse with long term health conditions knowledge, skills and experience such as diabetes, asthma, COPD. They are a teaching practice, so there is a great opportunity to further your career development. With flexibility around start and finish times and strong support from a multi-disciplinary team, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a very forward thinking, close-knit surgery.

Salary – £34,000 – £40,000 per annum + NHS pension + NHS continuous service annual leave + BH + study leave

Location – Northwich

The surgery –

• Very forward-thinking GP practice that will support you in whatever ways they can
• Long-standing team of clinicians, including GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses and more
• Very well-established within the community
• Excellent management structure
• Supportive of any specialist interests

Your role –

• Full or part-time Practice Nurse over four or five days
• Experience, knowledge and skills with long term contitions
• Work alongside fellow Practice Nurses
• Dedicated appointment time depending on the ailment
