The role is looking for a Practice Nurse with Primary Care experience who has a specialist interest in chronic disease. You will have the chance to see smears, wounds, baby and child immunisations, dressings, diabetes, and more!

Salary – £40,000- £44,000 per annum + NHS pension + 5 Weeks annual leave + BH

Your role –

• Full-time Physician Associate to join the minor illness/injury and urgent care team
• A mixture of 15 minute telephone and face to face appointments
• Working alongside a multidisciplinary team
• Opportunities to develop as a clinician.
