Payments Product Manager, Remote

The Opportunity

Apply your skills in an environment where you can keep people healthy by making a huge difference in medical payments. We are working with a company who are re-imagining primary care and are looking for a Payments Product Manager to join their team!

The Role

In this role, you will:

• You’ll work diligently with managed service organizations and payors to represent patient risk and develop deep integrations like real-time claims adjudication.
• Write comprehensive and thorough requirements to the “what” and “why” for each feature.
• Work in partnership with design to improve the user experience. Work together with engineering managers and development teams to weigh trade-offs to optimize for delivery.
• Develop and construct a public product roadmap to set expectations and create excitement for your product offerings
• You will support others to understand RCM workflows and concepts and be a consultant within the company
• Build innovative digital experiences that encourage patient-aligned conclusions and move towards a value-based payment model.

The Candidate

You will bring at least eight years of experience in a healthcare setting, administering finance RCM for a clinic or organization. You will have:

• Great knowledge of models and concepts
• Established success managing digital products
• Prior experience liaising directly with customers to strengthen and sell products
• Hold certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP), and/or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
• Experience working diligently with technical leadership and design to bring products to market

The Package

Salary – $140,000-$180,000

• Up to $1000 of home office set up
• 4 weeks of paid Sabbatical for every 4 years of employment.
• Can be completely remote working

The company are an electronic medical records (EMR) and payments development platform for healthcare and you will help this well-funded start up in solving some of healthcare’s biggest problems!
