An exciting management opportunity is available to join a cohesive and patient focused training practice in Bicester. Due to the increasing list size the surgery is looking to appoint a Paramedic Practitioner.

Any prospective candidate will be joining a surgery with a true emphasis on innovation, protected workloads, and staff wellbeing. With workflow optimisation in place, z0 minute appointments time and an investment in your development.

Salary – £39,000 – £46,176 per annum FTE + 5 weeks annual leave + BH + NHS pension

Your role –

• 30 hours up to FT
• Paramedic Practitioner post
• Support with your Independent Prescribing
• Primary Care experience desirable
• Heavily involved working alongside the Minor Illness team, ANPs, GP and Paramedics
• Focus on triaging, managing acute, urgent on the day demand
• Minor illness and injury
• Scope to develop specialist interest
• Must have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• See children and adults
• Mixture of face-to-face, telephone appointments
