The Opportunity

We have been working alongside a HealthTech company that is on the lookout for Manager of Identity and Access Management. Our client has created a platform focused on improving the mental behavioural health outcomes of its users. The platform uses an evidence-based approach that delivers clinically proven to positively impact behaviour to assist with chronic disease management. Users are given access to AI-based coaching and digital therapeutic solutions when needed. Our client offers two solutions for its customers and users: Dtx and care delivery solutions across the healthcare ecosystem. Currently the platform covers 20 million lives, supports 10 chronic conditions with more to come and functions in 10 languages.

The role

This leadership role takes over the IAM function of the entire organisation will manage the Identity profile and lifecycle of all access accounts for employees, consultants and external service accounts and supporting internally developed Saas/Cloud-based systems across a range of platforms.

Responsibilities

Success in the role will entail:

  • Defining the scope and framework needed to support end to end identity life cycle management.
  • Designing and implementing a formalised program to enhance and centralise the IAM function.
  • Evaluating, selecting and implementing IAM solutions and workflows that facilitate clear and repeatable access management controls and governance including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding provisioning and deprovisioning, access governance and reporting.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT security sector with IAM as their core function for the majority or that time with a proven ability to develop, implement and govern security strategies and solutions. Over and above your IAM experience it would be desirable to have security architecture and engineering experience as well as threat and vulnerability management and security event management.

  • Salary: $140,000-$160,000

Our client have been in business since 2012 and have been improving the lives of patients through changing the healthcare ecosystems views on the value of mental and behavioural health outcomes, ultimately reducing costs to Hospital groups and enterprises. They are experiencing strong growth and are very well funded having secured Series D funding back in December 2021. They pride themselves on being a dynamic and collaborative place to work with offices in NY and Boston.
