Lead Product Manager – Fully Remote/ California

The Opportunity

This position is for ambitious people who thrive in fast-paced, self-motivated environments. As a Lead Product Manager, you will help guide the evolution of our product. Alongside working with the engineering and design team you’ll be expected to work directly with customers to understand the business, the marker you are involved in and most importantly the needs of the users. You will also be expected to mentor the more junior members of the team

The Role

• Work with engineering and design partners to deliver product enhancements
• Deep understanding of user insights and business needs
• Partner with healthcare operations professionals to capture all requirements for the patient-provider relationship
• Define success metrics, analyze performance, experiment and iterate quickly. Provide actionable insights about our users.
• Mentor and oversee the work of more junior PM team members
• Build out processes and structure to continually improve our feature delivery
• Advise leadership on strategic direction of new product features and verticals

The Candidate

• 2+ years experience in a PM position, ideally in a start-up environment
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a bonus
• Excellent on prioritizations, communications and get things done efficiently
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX best practices, design principles, and current web standards
• Strong technical understanding of how software is built (ex. front-end, back-end, APIs)
• Top-notch analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, user empathy, and business sense to spot opportunities and translate requests into products
• Ability to work together remotely with engineers, designers, executives, and other team members, both independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits

• Between $135K and $165K based on your experience.
