Background –

You will be joining a genuinely forward-thinking GP Training Practice which has made a number of influential changes in recent years. The practice has recognised the increasing pressures on GPs and moved to alleviate these with the building of a larger than normal MDT and a sizeable management structure with numerous different department heads all supporting the clinical team.
Admin support is also fantastic and includes a team dedicated to more ‘miscellaneous’ tasks, further increasing the help their GPs receive.

The practice is open to utilising the ‘New To Partnership’ scheme for anyone who is keen to take their first steps into Partnership. The practice has a high turnover thanks to the medical student training that they offer. Overall, it’s a very stable practice looking to add someone to their Partnership for the long-term.

Your role –

• GP Partner
• Four or more sessions per week
• Optional home visits
• No extended hours
• Half-day Duty only (one session per week)
• 1 hour team lunch daily
