GP Partner

Background –

A genuine opportunity to join a thriving market town practice as a salaried GP or GP partner in Stamford. Any prospective GP would be joining a highly respected, stable, and democratic team of Partners, Salaried GPs, ANPs, Nurse Practitioners and Practice Nurses as well as a broader PCN team.

The practice have made significant headway into managing workloads for their GPs whilst maintaining the highest levels of patient care and continuity. Home visits are minimal and there has been large improvements to workflow which allow their clinical teams to focus on being clinicians. 10 WEEKS ANNUAL LEAVE.

Salary – £160,000 – £170,000 + Indemnity paid + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Location – Stamford

Your role –

• GP Partner
• Between 4-8 sessions available
• Contribute to a vibrant clinical team
• Realistic workloads

The surgery –

• Training practice
• Experienced and diverse allied healthcare team
  • Daily phlebotomy clinics
  • Paramedic and Pharmacist support
  • Diabetes specialist nurses and COPD specialist nurses
• Fantastic support in place both clinical and administrative
