Background –

An incredibly unique opportunity to work as a Partner in a high achieving dispensing practice in a semi-rural location not too far from Newcastle is on offer.

Based in first class, modern purpose-built premises which are spacious and in excellent condition and currently dispensing to 50% of it’s patient population making it a very lucrative Partnership to be joining

The Practice has a well-established team of clinicians who have a diverse range of specialisms you can refer to. They are a very collaborative group who meet regularly twice weekly to discuss outstanding cases/presentations, audits, work changes and development

For all GPs working 6 or more sessions you will benefit from an admin session/CPD session each week, alongside a protected learning session each month, plus PCN learning time.

The practice is continually assessing how they work, adapting to the needs of their patients and offer laptops so people can do some remote working where necessary.

Alongside the excellent drawings they are also offering a £20k golden hello. If you are looking for a one-off opportunity with brilliant earning potential working with an experienced team then this is the role for you!

Drawings – circa £200,000 per year, accounts available during the process

Location – Near Consett

The Surgery:

• Very reasonable clinical workload with no home visiting
• Fantastic team mentality, support each other as much as possible
• Mental Health Practitioners, Social Prescribers, Care Co-ordinator and Physio’s based on site

Your role –

• 4 – 8 sessions
• No home visits
• Leadership of the surgery
• Engagement with service development teams and associated healthcare agencies
