We are looking to recruit a talented Director of Customer Success for our client! This unique opportunity offers the chance to work with a well funded high growth company, whose mission is to enable recognised medical groups to step into the future of industry transformation. The company are innovating electronic medical records and payments in the world of healthcare. They develop and design contemporary front-and-back-end tooling for developers and clinicians.

The Role

  • Help in the development and management of the Customer Success Team
  • Involvement in actions intended to increase client advocacy, satisfaction, and referrals of assigned clients
  • Develop valuable relationships with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Identify client challenges and risk, being proactive in developing solutions and implement alongside Support, Product and Sales
  • Take a lead on product feedback sessions, customer journey-mapping and other cross-functional initiatives such as voice-of-customer
  • Ensure customers are enhanced users by being an advocate to promote the latest features and capabilities of the company product

The Candidate

  • Knowledge & experience of working in a SaaS environment is highly advantageous
  • Experience managing a team of customer success managers
  • Thorough understanding of the healthcare technology business, be able to develop trust with clinical, product, operations and technical teams
  • 4+ years of customer success, professional services, consulting experience or relevant professional experience
  • Solid project management skills, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

The Package

Salary – $175,000 to $200,000
