The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented senior hunter, a leader and someone who enjoys Business Development and is used to running the sales process from A to Z.

The Role

  • Represent the company’s portfolio of services and will be pitching the company’s services to healthcare clients who are based in Texas.
  • Drive sales growth withnew health system partners
  • Develop a robust understanding of addressable market within territory including current partners, prospects, systems, professional groups and regulations
  • Develop, maintain, and execute on a strategic plan for territory management
  • Build and maintain a sufficient opportunity pipeline through proactive prospecting efforts that include but are not limited to phone, video and email outreach and field based in-person visits

The Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience selling to C-suite hospital targets, in particular the CNO
  • Minimum of 10 years outside sales territory management experience
  • Ability to plan, manage and deliver on a sales strategy within your assigned territory
  • Ability to effectively work from home with a remote team
  • Successful track record navigating and managing complex and long sales cycles

The Package

Base salary range – $125,000 – 150,000

OTE $250,000 – 300,000

401k contributions

Fully remote working possible
