The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high growth, well funded start-up in what is a newly formed function and the first hire into the team. It is a full time position with large potential to grow as the role and the business expands. As Director of Business Development, you’ll have substantial impact on the company and their mission from day one. You will be one of their eyes and ears on the ground at a micro and macro level, providing industry insights back to the team. As the first external facing hire, it’s an exciting opportunity to shape their partnerships and business development team. Based in New York you can work fully remotely or there is an office in Midtown Manhattan and you’ll have the option to work in an office if you choose to.
The Role
You will report directly to the COO and you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, developing, and maintaining strategic relationships at senior levels across the digital health, partnerships, and investor space.

The Package
Salary – Upto $150,000 – $170,000 DOE

The company are well established Digital Health company in the Health & Wellness space. They have a strong runway with a growing customer base and have recently raised to expand functional teams to better serve existing customers and onboard new ones. They are mission driven and have a culture of always putting the customer at the centre and on a journey to empower the next generation of virtual-first care.
