The Opportunity

Are you customer focused with a passion for healthcare and making an impact? We are looking to recruit an ambitious and entrepreneurial Customer Success Manager to join our client’s Commercial team.

The Role

The company is at a key stage in their growth, this is a role with high potential to deliver customer satisfaction and retention at a crucial point. As Customer Success Manager you will be engaged in the customer life cycle from the beginning, ensuring all products and services meet expectations throughout. You will also….

  • Work collaboratively across functioning areas of the business including Product, Engineering, Sales, Clinical affairs and Senior Leadership to support revenue growth.
  • Improve functionality of tech and product based on your own innovative ideas and customer feedback.
  • Proactively identify potential opportunities to upsell/cross-sell.
  • Be knowledgeable on current industry trends in related concepts that will support the business.
  • Establish excellent customer success function, ensuring good process, policy and documentation.

The Candidate

You will have 3+ years’ experience working with enterprise customers in a customer success position, a foundation in healthcare or life sciences sector from previous roles is a significant bonus.

You will also:

  • Be a critical thinker and proactive in looking for risks, problem solving accordingly within a collaborative team
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and effectively communicate with internal and external colleagues.
  • Be comfortable with digital technology and be able to manage multiple workstreams, delivering under pressure without foregoing the quality of the customers experience.
  • Have a passion for making an impact in healthcare and be a team player, positively influencing your colleagues.
  • Excel in quickly building close relationships with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, building a trusting relationship enabling influence within decision making for the business.

The Package

Salary £60,000 – £80,000 plus equity
