The Opportunity

We are looking for a customer focused, commercially driven professional with a passion for healthcare to join our clients Commercial and Development team.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Lead, you will act as lead in product and customer experience designing and coordinating all elements. You will be able to communicate and present recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders and act with a significant amount of autonomy in day-to-day decision making.   • Gathering B2B and B2C customer insights, understanding how this compares to competitors/customer expectations and work with marketing to find the most appropriate ways to communicate with target audience customers.
  • Developing clinical propositions and services that represent step-change improvement in quality and patient experience in collaboration with doctor groups.
  • Coordinating with frontline healthcare and business performance teams to specify design briefs of digital and non-digital
  • Acting as a knowledge expert on different customers including patients, GPs and health insurers, prioritising customer experience solutions.
  • Project managing corresponding activities translated from the commercial strategy across different functions into a clear commercial plan.

The Candidate

You will have 4-5 years’ experience in a commercial role delivering high quality, innovative customer experience projects from initial concept to product/service launch.

  • Work across cross functional teams to proactively manage complex workstreams and solve problems in a structured way, to deliver high quality solutions.
  • Be strategic in your thinking with the ability to translate ideas operationally.
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategy including customer engagement, market assessment and proposition development.
  • Proficient at analysing data and be able to present progress reports to leadership and senior management teams.
  • Be flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in an evolving fast paced environment with a passion for continuously driving innovatio
  • A strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Passionate about the healthcare sector and have experience in project management.

Salary £55,000- £60,000 plus entry into discretionary bonus
