Clinical Programs Analyst / Data Analyst, Fully Remote

The Opportunity

We are partnering with one of the fastest-growing Digital Health companies who are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support their clinical programs team.

The Role

They are looking for a SQL expert who will work with their Clinical Programs team to establish and manage Program metrics and dashboards, as well as to establish a consistent approach and toolset to assess and improve clinical programs over time.

• You will have responsibility for supporting the development of data and reporting products for use by internal teams and customers, improving the performance of clinical programs as well as having the opportunity to build out a new function and team.
• Integrate internal and customer-facing data, analytics and reporting tools into our platform and product offerings, conveying program performance and impact and providing self-service operational data extracts and reports

• Develop and manage our clinical programs metrics and dashboards, covering engagement, activities, outcomes and satisfaction
• Build the processes and tools to deliver standard and ad-hoc data extracts and reports to clients, working closely with our Customer Success team

The Candidate

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, including experience with framing, designing and running business analytics and reporting
• 3-7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Expert SQL querying skills, proficient with Python, R, or other statistical programming language, and proficient in analyzing data using a variety of methods including statistics and relational databases;
• Experience with analytical and reporting tools, such as Looker or Tableau
