If you are an independent prescriber and have experience working in a GP surgery, then this could be the role for you! Utilize your knowledge of medication reviews and long-term conditions to deliver an exceptional standard of care to all patients!

The Clinical Pharmacist will work amongst a supportive team of clinicians, with GP support to hand whilst having the opportunity to progress. Salary:

£45,000 – £50,000 + NHS pension + 27 days annual leave + BH

Your Role:

• Full-time Clinical Pharmacist
• Responsibilities of the role includes audits, Structured Medication Reviews, Medication Reviews, Audits, Discharge letters and more
• Reviewing Long term conditions
• Working alongside a supportive team
• Ensure excellent patient care is displayed to everyone
