Clinical Pharmacist

Background –

Menlo Park have a superb opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist with experience in Primary Care to join a highly respected training practice. This is mainly to focus on a mixture of acute on the day appointments as well as SMRs and medication management. With the option to work remotely part time, 15 minute appointments for acute appointments and plenty of opportunity to progress and develop, it is a superb opportunity for someone looking to further their career in Primary Care.

Salary – £45,000 – £58,000 per annum DOE + NHS pension + Agenda For Change annual leave + BH + Study Time + Fees Paid

Your role –

• Mix of both practice based and remote working
• See a mix of acute, on the day appointments and SMRs and medication management
• No expectation for home visits
• Optional extended hours but can be done remotely
• 15 minute acute appointment times.
