Clinical Pharmacist

Here we have a superb opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to make a real difference in a fantastic GP surgery. If you are an independent prescriber and have experience working in a GP surgery, then this could be the role for you! Utilize your knowledge of medications and long-term conditions to deliver an exceptional standard of care to all patients!

The Clinical Pharmacist will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the highest level of care to all patients. The practice is very supportive of any development opportunities and prioritises staff wellbeing. They want a clinician who can come into the team, work hard, and offer their patients an excellent experience from start to finish.

Salary:

£44,313 – £58,950 + NHS pension + 33 days annual leave

Your Role:

• Full-time Clinical Pharmacist
• Repeat prescriptions, medication reviews
• Supporting the dispensary team
• Run long-term conditions clinics
• Ensure excellent patient care is displayed to everyone
