Clinical Pharmacist

Here we have a superb opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join fantastic, forward-thinking PCN. If you are an independent prescriber and have experience working in a GP surgery, then this could be the role for you! Utilize your knowledge of medications, SMRs, audits and long-term conditions to deliver an exceptional standard of care to all patients!

The Clinical Pharmacist will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a PCN that is very supportive of any development opportunities and prioritises staff wellbeing. This opportunity is a springboard to progress as a clinician as you work amongst a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians.

Salary – £40,057 – £53,219 FTE per annum + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + BH

Your role –

• Full-time Clinical Pharmacist
• Deliver exceptional levels of care
• Telephone and face-to-face appointments
• Focus on Medication reviews, audits, SMRs and acute on the day appointments
• Work alongside GPs and other nurses
• Review long term conditions
• Support fellow clinicians as and when required
