The opportunity

We are looking to recruit a talented Associate Product Manager to join an award winning, venture backed HealthTech company based in Connecticut. Their mission is to help simplify and transform healthcare, taking the pressure off the patient. Entering their next phase of growth, they are looking for someone passionate about making a difference!

The Role

You will work closely with the Development team supporting some of the largest healthcare system and payers in the United States.

The role will include working with traditional product as well as client-facing support of Ops and the prospect facing support of Sales. Being an agile high-growth there is lots of opportunity for progression into Manager of Product or into Customer Success Manager of Enterprise clients depending on where your interests lie.

  • Understand how their clients use the product and work closely with Operations to liaise with Development to ensure bugs are properly defined and communicated for rapid resolution
  • Work closely with Sales to understand how prospects are hoping to utilize the platform
  • Help ideate on extensions or enhancements needed to secure their commitment
  • Work with the senior team to understand requested product extensions and enhancements, translating them into proper Business Requirements Documents, working with Development in executing them properly.

The Candidate

  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • 2-3 years experience in Product, ideally within Healthcare or Healthtech
  • Strong presentation skills necessary to communicate and persuade a wide range of audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across the organization to optimize outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate that thinking into BRDs that can be accomplished in phases, from MVP through fully realized product
  • A customer-driven mindset and interest for solution excellence and drive for outcomes.
  • The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment

The Package

Salary – $120,000 to $150,000

  • Hybrid role (2/3 days in the office)

Based in Connecticut, our client is a tech enabled service provider looking to transform and integrate healthcare delivery so more people get the care they need with ease. They are an award-winning rapidly scaling company who are a team of curious and creative people wanting to find purpose in their work and support each other in the process! They have recently secured a Series B raise and are looking for individuals who can take them to the next level.
