Background –

This is an opportunity to work in an extremely supportive practice in the heart of Swindon. The practice is well-led and has recently appointed an excellent, proven Practice Manager, and together with the Senior Partner is driving the practice forward. The surgery benefits from a home-visiting service meaning home visits for GPs are pretty much zero, and the practice is supported by another ANP, also a Prescribing Pharmacist and a Paramedic.

Salary – £40,000 – £47,000 + Full indemnity + 6 weeks leave + 1-week study leave

Location – Swindon

The surgery –

  • Large MDT including ANP, Pharmacist and Paramedic
  • Home-visiting service in operation

  • Mixed patient base
  • High-QOF achieving
  • CQC Good across the board

Your role –

  • Part-time and full-time considered
  • Reasonable workload
  • Very low visiting
  • Heavily reduced admin
