Salary – £48,000 – £55,000 per annum + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave

• Mixed demographic, ranging from young families to the elderly
• Multi-disciplined team, including Practice Nurses, Paramedic Practitioners and more

Your role –

• Full-time Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner
• Flexible as to which days of the week you work
• Dedicated admin time
• 20-minute appointments
• Mixture of telephone and face-to-face appointments
• Deliver exceptional levels of care to all patients
• Chance to pursue specialist interests
• 30-minute coffee break every morning session with whole team
