Salary – £47,014.50 – £54,210.00 per annum FTE + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + BH

Your role –

• Full time Prescribing Practitioner
• Deliver exceptional levels of care
• Utilise your prescribing qualification
• Telephone and face-to-face appointments
• Home visits
• Work part as the duty team
• Focus on acute on the day appointments, minor illness, minor injuries
