Advanced Nurse Practitioner

This is an excellent opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join a very forward-thinking training practice that’s just north of Bristol. The role will be as a member of the acute care team dealing with urgent appointments on a daily basis. There will also be tremendous support in place for progression and development within the role, so that you can pursue courses with the practice’s backing.

The practice is always looking for new ways to develop as a surgery and help their diverse patient demographic as best as possible. If you’re someone who wants to come into a role with ideas and help to deliver exceptional levels of care to all patients, then this is the role for you!

Salary – £50,000 – £55,000 + NHS pension + 5 weeks’ leave + BH

Location – Just north of Bristol

The surgery –

• Training Practice with numerous Trainers
• Purpose built, Partner-owned premises with large, modern extension
• Very pleasant demographic – 90% are under 60, mostly young families

• Excellent admin team dedicated to reducing workload

• EMIS practice

Your role –

• Dealing with acute, on-the-day appointments through triage and face-to-face appointments
• Full or part-time hours available
• 15-minute face-to-face appointments
• Opportunity to pursue specialisms and take on additional roles
• Deliver high levels of care to all patients whom you deal with
• Independent prescribing not an absolute necessity
