Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Background –

Here we have a great role where an Advanced Nurse Practitioner can join a fantastic, long-standing team that are passionate about the work they do! This surgery can show flexibility around the best days for you to work, the time you start and more! You will work as part of the duty team and have both telephone and face-to-face appointments to help patients. This is an in-surgery role with a very limited number of home visits!

This is a training practice that really wants to help you develop and progress as a clinician, providing you with the support that you’ll need!

Salary – £45,000 FTE – £55,000 FTE per annum + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + BH

Location – North-West of Cambridge

The surgery –

• Long-standing practice that has served generations of patients
• Mostly affluent demographic but some mix
• Very well-established within the community
• Multi-disciplined team of clinicians around you, including GPs and Practice Nurses
• Excellent partnership and management structure in place
• Supportive of any specialist interests
• Training and development opportunities available

Your role –

• Full or part-time Advanced Nurse Practitioner
• Deliver exceptional levels of care
• Be part of the duty team, dealing with on-the-day urgent appointments
• Some face-to-face appointments as well
• Limited home visits (around two per week maximum)
• Support fellow clinicians as and when required
