Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Background –

Here we have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive GP practice in the Farnborough area. This practice is full of a close-knit, hard-working and dedicated team with a mixture of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, Paramedics and more!

Seeking around 30 hours per week with some flexibility either way, this practice can offer a tremendous amount of support to anyone who is looking to develop within their career. This is a varied role that will include various areas of practice.

Salary – £50,000 – £55,000 per annum + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + BH

Location – Farnborough area

Your role –

• Advanced Nurse Practitioner ideally around 30 hours
• Manageable workload with streamlined admin
• Manage both telephone and face-to-face appointments
• See acute, on-the-day clinics and long-term condition exacerbations
• No expectation for home-visits as Paramedics do this
• Deliver exceptional and continuous care to patients
