The Opportunity

Apply your skills in an environment where you can keep people healthy by making a huge difference in medical payments. We are working with a company who are re-imagining primary care and are looking for an Administrative Product Manager to join their team!

The Role

You will be responsible for collecting and ordering product and customer requirements, forming the vision for these products, and working with the engineering managers to supply them to customers. You’ll be…

  • Developing a community around your product and handling a public roadmap.
  • You’ll be responsible for timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Own inbox,
  • Tasking, scheduling, patient registration,
  • In-app chat, administrative settings, and reporting.

You will be saving customers time and money by building digital experiences and reports that streamline processes.

The Candidate

You will have at least five years’ experience in healthcare administration and hold proven success managing digital products with a healthcare focus. You will also have:

  • Strong understanding of administrative workflows and concepts
  • Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
  • Credentialed as a Lean Six Sigma blackbelt or equivalent
  • Previous experience interfacing directly with customers to support and sell products
  • Experience working closely with design and technical leadership to bring products to market

The Package

Salary – $140,000 – $180,000

  • Up to $1000 of home office set up
  • 4 weeks of paid Sabbatical for every 4 years of employment.

  • 3 weeks of paid holiday

The company are an electronic medical records (EMR) and payments development platform for healthcare and you will help this well-funded start up in solving some of healthcare’s biggest problems!
